Professional Home Alarm Systems for Leeds & Surrounding Areas
MCD Security Systems provides professional intruder alarm installation for homeowners throughout Leeds and surrounding areas. Whether you need a wired burglar alarm for a terraced home in Headingley or a wireless system for a detached property in Roundhay or Horsforth, we design reliable, app-controlled alarm systems that protect your home and give you peace of mind.
Intruder Alarms for Leeds Homes
We design and install burglar alarms for homeowners across Leeds, from first-time buyer terraces in Headingley, Burley and Holbeck to large family homes in Roundhay, Alwoodley and Horsforth. Being based just along the M62 in Bradford, our engineers cover the whole city regularly, which means survey appointments and installation dates can usually be arranged within days of your enquiry.
The right alarm depends heavily on the property. Wired systems remain our recommendation for most Leeds homes where cabling runs are straightforward, offering dependable detection with no batteries to manage. For rented flats and houses in multiple occupation, we install systems with clear zone control so that individual areas can be armed independently, and for larger suburban homes we combine PIR coverage of hallways and landings with door contacts, window protection and a prominent external bell box.
App control is one of the most requested features from Leeds customers, allowing you to arm and disarm remotely and receive instant notifications if the alarm is triggered while you are at work or away. Every system is commissioned to EN50131-1 standards, demonstrated to the household before handover, and supported with warranty cover and optional maintenance from a team that is only a short drive away.
