UNV (Uniview) CCTV Installer in Bradford & Yorkshire

UNV — Uniview — is the brand we increasingly specify where a client wants strong hardware without paying for a premium name. Their ColourHunter cameras hold colour at night far better than conventional infrared units, and the interface on their recorders is straightforward enough that clients actually use it after we leave. For a domestic install that means a night-time image of a drive or alley that is worth having rather than a grey blur.

We use UNV on both new installations and system replacements. The cameras work well on standard Cat5e or Cat6 cabling, so where a previous system has left usable cable, we can often replace just the cameras and recorder. On commercial sites, UNV's higher-resolution models and multi-sensor cameras suit wide yards and warehouse aprons where a single lens cannot cover the whole area.
